Consultation Duration and Cost: Each consultation lasts 25 minutes and is offered free of charge. Single Use Policy: The consultation can be done only once per student. Once completed, it will not be possible to have another free consultation. This applies even if consultations are included in any available subscriptions; it will be performed only the first time. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation: You can cancel your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Since the consultation is free, no refunds are applicable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours before the appointment without any charges. 5.
